- Identify and record any quality problems
- Correct both the result and cause of quality problems prior to further processing
- The quality assurance representative and the verifying personnel shall possess this authority, to hold process which give rise to non-conformity and to embargo non confirming products pending action, with immediate reference to the Project manager.
- The company shall define and document its policy for quality, including objectives for quality and its commitment to quality.
- The quality policy shall be relevant to the organizational goals and the expectations and needs of the customers. The company shall ensure that the policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
- Management review meeting will be carried out every month in order to ensure the quality system, continuing suitable and effectively for the requirement of the standard and in the meeting. The client requirement is verified
The agenda will be as follows:
- Review the minutes of last meeting
- Results of internal and external audits
- Clients complaints and actions taken
- Information on corrective and preventive action taken
- Review of existing quality system and proposed improvements
- Review of training needs
- Review of company’s stated policies and objectives
- Date of next review meeting
The Project Manager will do the following:
- Initial the documents in the appropriate box in the stamp print
- Define whether response is required or not
- Assign the appropriate person for action
- Specify the number of copies
- Place in its out tray
The original will be filed and copies will be made according to the relevant people.
Appropriate documents are available at locations. Whereas operations essential to the effective functioning of the quality system documentation.
All incoming documents will be stamped and registered in the incoming daily register and will be assigned a unique number and will be placed in the Project Manager tray.
